Environmental legislation
Certainty during inspections
Complying with environmental legislation is not a choice, but an obligation. Complying with current environmental legislation is essential for every company. But it is also a costly and even confusing necessity – after all, it is a complex legal area that every company must navigate. COMCAM knows the ins and outs of this and can provide support. We review the recognized measures together with the customer, advise on mandatory energy savings, complete the prescribed lists and forward them to the RVO (Netherlands Enterprise Agency). We repeat this every four years. That’s relieving your worries.
Reviewing environmental legislation (the Environmental Management Act and EED) is a course we take up for clients at no charge. In fact, it is one of the first things we discuss with the client. In this way, we ensure that your company is prepared for audits from a municipality or environmental service.
