Junior Sales Developer

Just graduated in Rotterdam or Amsterdam and ready to make a real impact in the energy transition?

At COMCAM, we are looking for two ambitious starters who want to begin their careers in a two-year growth path towards a role as Junior Portfolio Manager, starting as a Junior Sales Developer within the sales team.

Who is COMCAM?

COMCAM is the independent architect and regisseur of the energy and portfolio management of medium-sized and large organizations. We help customers gain control over energy, costs, and CO₂, and build smart, future-proof energy portfolios.

Your growth path

You start as a Junior Sales Developer in the sales team (scope 1):

• You learn the basics of energy products and energy policy within organizations
• You immediately step into a commercial role within the sales team
• You work in the dynamics of a scale-up: pace, responsibility, and continuous learning

From there, you can move in different directions:

• Growing within Sales (for example, account management or business development)
• Or making the step to Junior Portfolio Manager, where you work with more complex energy products and customers with challenging energy issues

Later routes towards Marketing or Consulting are also possible.
