1. COMCAM is a trade name of COMCAM B.V. and COMCAM International BV (hereinafter: COMCAM),

4. When engaging third parties, COMCAM will consult with the client as much as possible in advance. COMCAM is not liable for shortcomings of any nature whatsoever on the part of these third parties and is entitled, without prior consultation and also on behalf of the client, to accept any limitation of liability on the part of the third parties it engages. If the execution of the assignment entails that COMCAM, in consultation with the client, engages a (legal) person established outside the Netherlands to carry out work in the context of the assignment, COMCAM is not liable for errors that may be made by this person. made.

5. The legal relationship between COMCAM and the client, as well as those who use its services, is subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be settled exclusively by the competent court in Utrecht.

7. The provisions of these general terms and conditions are not only stipulated for the benefit of COMCAM and its employed lawyers, but also for the benefit of all employees and all who work or have worked for COMCAM in any way.
